Nature is magic. It jump-starts our joy, cultivates our curiosity, and awakens our awe. To discover (or re-discover) nature's magic, we need to slow down, connect with our whole bodies, and change our perspective. As we do, our connection deepens-not just to nature, our source of life, but to ourselves as we embrace our purpose and part in the bigger picture. We unearth our authenticity, fully feel and immerse ourselves in our emotions, and grow our sense of harmony, balance, and belonging.
